 ABSTRACT

Study of the break law and the stress distribution of the roof have great significance in analysis of the force condition of the hydraulic supports, and the support selection. This study analyzes the break law of stope roof under the influence of faults, and the maximum subsidence and stress of stope roofs influenced by different widths, the mechanical parameter of faults and the shapes of faults, finally the break law of stope roofs under the influence of faults is obtained. The study which is based on UDEC software will provide theoretical foundation for supporting stope roof on the influence of faults.
