Analysis Method of Influence on Longitudinal Deformation of Tunnel Heaving due to Excavation

Unloading of Pit Excavation has influence on tunnel heaving, therefore it is important to predict the deformation of metro tunnels. The vertical additional stress is calculated by the Mindlin solutions. Furthermore, the tunnel structure is considered as the beam with infinite length. The additional stress is imposed on the Winkler model and the governing equation is built up on the tunnel heaving. Finally, displacements of existing tunnels are obtained. Compared with the numerical simulation, the results of the presented formula agree well with result of numerical simulation. It can provide certain theoretical and calculation basis for construction of development of underground space.
