Abolfazle Eslami is an Assistant Professor at Dept. of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Eng., University of Gilan, Rasht, Iran. He obtained his B.Sc. at Sharif University, Tehran Iran in 1985; M.Sc. at Amir Kabir University (Polytechnic, Tehran) in 1988; Ph.D. at University of Ottawa, Ottawa, Canada in 1996. Dr Eslami's research Interests are Deep and Shallow Foundations, Soil Stabilization, In-Situ Testing in Geotechnical Practice, and Bridge Engineering
