Priyanka Ghosh is presently (2005) working as a Research Scholar in the Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He joined Ph.D. in the Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore on January 1, 2002 and submitted my Ph.D. thesis on December 1, 2004. The title of his Ph.D. thesis was “Applications of method of characteristics and upper bound limit analysis to different baring capacity problems.” He has completed his M. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India in 2000.

Priyanka's research interest involves (i) Application of Method of Stress Characteristics and Upper Bound Limit analysis to various Stability Problems in Geotechnical Engineering, (ii) Application of Finite Elements.
